There are times when it is important that your lawyer has the experience to take a case through trial. It is just as important that the other side knows that your lawyer has that experience. I set out below a sample of some of the cases that I have been involved in as counsel over the years which demonstrate the nature of the cases that I have litigated and the results achieved.
